Can't Explain It
Massive thank you to Jo for the distance reiki session from the Mind auction.

Jo chatted to me before the session and explained what she would be doing. It was lovely chatting to Jo, she was so open and friendly. The session lasted half an hour and was very relaxing- so much so that I had a little nap for a couple of hours afterwards!
It’s hard to explain reiki to someone who hasn’t experienced it before and as a complimentary therapy it’s not for everyone. However, I am a die hard science geek and it certainly works for me even if I can’t explain it I find it deeply relaxing. Thanks again Jo

I had distance Reiki with Jo.
As I have not had Reiki done before Jo took the time to explain what would happen during the 30min session.
It's a feeling you can't really describe unless you have had it done. I certainly felt very relaxed after.
