What is Reiki?

The simple answer is that it's Spiritual Healing practice. Reiki means Spiritual Energy in Japanese.  It heals your energies and puts balance back into to every function - physical, social, emotional, mental & spiritual.

 

What should I wear?

Please wear something you are comfortable in.  I will supply a blanket, and even heated under blanket if you need it.

Will you touch me?

Even though Reiki is known for laying on of hands, healing can be done without contact.  You will get exactly the same benefit.  I will ask you at the start of the session if you are ok with me touching you, then it is up to you.

Does distance Reiki really work?

Yes, I always describe it as Magic.  I heal with intent, and think of the person I am sending healing to. I get a connection with you and you will feel the same as if you were in the same room....see Magic!

Yes of course, please see my price list for costs.

What are Chakra cards?

These are Oracle Cards, they are a bit like Tarot, they will give you guidance.

What do I feel when you give me Reiki?

It's not the same on each person or the same with each session on the same person.  You may see colours, feel floaty, your body may be heavy. My hands may feel warm or cold, depending on the energy needed.  But importantly you will feel relaxed.  May even have a little sleep.

Does Reiki hurt?

No, Reiki will only ever be used for good, it will never hurt. The most you will feel is warmth from my hands.

How often do I need Reiki?

As often as it is needed.   There is no pressure from me to book in advance.  You will know when you need a top up.
